Mike van Zyl has over eighteen years of experience in EOD/IEDD and the Explosives Industry. He has achieved proven industry related experience in;

• strategic planning;
• designing and implementing accurate financial and budget models for each project;
• adapting decision making skills to determine and implement the best course of action for each project;
• operations management;
• managing limited resources to achieve maximum results;

Christopher’s twenty years of experience extends to Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) Specialist (ROV Operations Client Representative, Superintendent and Supervisor) and a range of subsea work undertaken including;

• construction support;
• diver support (saturation, mixed gas and air);
• inspection;
• search & recovery;
• seabed survey;
• seabed mining support;
• drill support;
• law enforcement and body retrieval tasks;

Deon has worked within the EOD/Bulk Demolitions field for the past twenty six years. His specialist knowledge is reflected in his operational, hands- on experience within projects of the SA Navy including:

• advising the United Nations on EOD practices in the Congo;
• the qualification of various Demolition ranges within the borders of South Africa;

Kim has worked within the General Management, Financial, and Human Resources field for the past twelve years. Her experience includes Group General Management of over thirteen companies collectively and managing a team of over 400 employees.
Kim has solid experience in the

• Human Resources ;
• Training (National Qualifications Framework Assessor and Quality Assurance);
• Business Development Life-cycle (from the proposal stage, business plan through to take -over of several companies);
